For the last three years ending February the filings were on the following dates:

Angel Mining plc (Companies House) - 5/10/2010, 5/9/2011, 18/9/2012
Angel Mining (Gold) A/S (CVR Denmark) - 12/10/2010, 8/9/2011, 23/10/12
Black Angel Mining A/S (CVR Denmark) - 12/10/2010, 9/9/2011, 23/10/12
Arctic Mining Ltd (Companies House) - 12/8/2011(!), 20/2/2011, 2012 accounts due 30/11/2012 not yet filed....

Does it strike anyone as strange that a subsidiary files late (or not at all yet) when its parent's filed accounts were dependent on its figures and its own subsidiary has already filed?

I have obtained the Greenlandic/Danish accounts btw.

i to feel really bad that i can not help as i really would be out of my depth.
but what i would like to say is when moneypenny out of the kindness of heart , set this up and with all the members who have come on board i really thought we had a chance to do something good and of course maybe get some of are money back, so please if there is anyone out there who can help MP4 please step forward as i am shaw we will all back you both 110%, lets not let them get away with our money without a fight.

Calm down mate. It is easy to see who has a crass point of view and who has an intelligent one.

MP4 has earned the respect many of us have for her and that is something some people will never, ever achieve. She stepped up to the mark and tirelessly tries to sort the issues out. I feel guilty in that I don't have the time at present to take on some of the responsibility on the forums. There are a few key posters here and on the forum who know what they are talking about and that is where we need to concentrate our efforts. Forget the dross!

You run the site then take it off MP4. Your tired of everything arrange it then and that goes for others with gripes how it's being done step up to the plate and take it on she will more than happily pass it on to the more well informed like you. Since this is the most popular topic maybe some have missed the thread "Trying to identify possible actions" by wewillsee. I recommend you read what was said there - at the outset. Let's focus and turn MP4's setting up of this forum into something that gets us somewhere! I feel we are going round in circles and not taking the opportunity we have. Time is ticking away.

There are other threads/posts that have equal merit in that they say similar things. We need to focus and plan. Any takers?

I can assure you that no lynch party is being organised but certainly would consider a protest outside his home and attract media attention.

When I researched the company, I established its base and registered address were the same as Nick Hall's own. I have confirmation in writing from NH himself, so there is no issue about this being in the public domain.

However, I agree with your caution to USE that information with due respect and care.

Nick Hall's first duty is to his shareholders. I think he believed the honesty and integrity stickers on the website (which latterly disappeared). Proof of the pudding will be what he rescues from this débacle for us, or for himself.

BTW for those who don't know, the registered address is Nick Hall's home. The companies operate from an outbuilding. So, if Nick doesn't pull us out of the mire into which he has largely lead us, at least we know where he lives! Now is the time for some of his much vaunted honesty and integrity.[b]

If the licensee breaches the terms of the licence or the provisions laid down pursuant to the Mineral Resources Act or pursuant to the licence, or if the licensee fails to meet specified time-limits. b. If the licensee acts fraudulently while submitting information to BMP. c. If one (or more) of the parties participating in the licence goes into liquidation or is declared bankrupt. "

It is becoming evident that when we start digging we unequivocally find evidence in our favour but I cannot stress enough how important it is to appoint a lawyer. They would know where to dig further and protect our findings.

Moneypenny: to me the fact that you have been banned from LSE is A clear statement of intervention by someone running scared since I can assure you that hundreds of us have posted links and never had any comeback.
