Re: test,test,test
So, here is an idle question.
How many of us hold their shares directly, and how many are held by eg HSBC etc? Presumably that has some bearing on whether we are 'legitimate' shareholders?

Hi all
Hello all, hope you don't mind me joining the party.
Like most if not all in here it's looking like I'll be out of pocket to a fair old chuck of my hard earned through this shambles and while I've been following discussions for quite a few years now on LSE I never bothered posting.
I've grown very familiar with most of the posters over at LSE and given the fact we are in this situation thought it best to follow the safety in numbers approach and join you all in the hope we can get some sort of result for the little man. Doubtful I know and this won't be the first time I've effectively been raped in AIM.

Thank you for setting this up, Moneypenny
It's some solace to know I have somewhere to go, should the worst happen. Cheers and thanks for making the not inconsiderable effort. Truby

Reason for Forum
It’s really good to see already we have 40 members and it’s not been on-line for 24hrs yet.
LSE & iii will probably disappear in the not too distant future, a point of contact was needed.
I believe shareholders have been treated appallingly. There are many questions that need to be answered and I believe many are suspicious of how ANGM have conducted themselves and this deserves some forceful scrutiny.
I have set up a forum, ANGM - Action group, for those that want to question the legality of the company, possible deception and have the opportunity to plan a way forward. Does anyone think Nick would agree to a question and answer session?
The other forum can be for general discussion regarding ANGM
I have set it up so you can only add posts if you are a member, that way we won’t get any timewasters. Please respect other people’s opinions, only constructive criticism and no rudeness/insults please!

DMajor and Westrider
DMajor and Westrider have raised a couple of pertinent points - I feel we need to get a focus as they suggest and then we can start to make some progress. I am a little concerned that the FE Investigate report we had a link to on LSE may actually be part of the tumbling pack of cards and so await Wednesday with baited breath. I wasn't expecting Cork Gully to pull the plug on us for some weeks - if at all but it now feels we have really been lined up for the big fall. I don't understand why we have not been pre-packed and disposed of already if that were to be the case! he fight is on - we may not win but why lie down and go quietly? We need answers because this stinks!

I would like to be part of this action group having lost considerably like the rest of you. Great idea I do hope we can find a way to proceed. I have written to cork gully but doubt I will get a reply.

purpose
Am I right in thinking that the purpose is to form a group able to challenge the legality of Angel's/CG's actions once we've defined the outcome of these actions? There has to be a recourse to dumping all the debt and still trading.
I think we should set up a topic to define the Question; somewhere to focus the group on the point.
Once this is done, and we have a target, we have to explore the route and find info on legal tools available to us. There has to be a precedent somewhere.
I'm off to work now, but I'll see ahat I can dredge up on that.

Re: test,test,test
Ok now we're all here and have slapped each other on the back perhaps we should decide on a way forward. What do we want/hope to achieve? Is this ANGM specific or AIM in general? I think the first thing is to gain a common purpose and credible voice so that we can go to the company and demand answers, and to let them know we are here and we will not go quietly.

Re: test,test,test
Thanks MG, i thought it would beneficial if LSE disappears. I think we'd all feel lost if we had nobody to off load at times!!
Re: test,test,test
MG now up. I've been following on LSE for 2 years, but never posted there. Was taken in by the dream and invested a considerable amount in Angel over time, averaging down, as the good news always seemed to be around the corner. Have potentially lost the lot, I know, and no one's fault but mine. Nevertheless keen to understand if there is any hope at all as the administration process unfolds. Thanks Moneypenny for getting this up and running. Will continue to monitor on LSE, and hold this as a reserve forum in case LSE forum is shutdown
