commercial
Here's a thought if the mine NAL is now producing commercial pours and can be shown to do so on a monthly basis from hereon in then the business is surely viable to service debt etc can you imagine the administrators going to court in front of a judge to break up the business as they will have to justify their reasons for doing so.There are potential funders out there as confusion has found pension funds, Kores etc

Funds - ANGM and the subsidiaries
I feel that we need to know what funds have been through ANGM and all the subsidiaries but there lies the first hurdle because Cork Gully have only been appointed IRO ANGM! It seems funds have been placed in the subsidiaries. How are we going to prove that?

Re: Initial question
They had so little funds to make a scheduled tax payment, yet supposed to repay almost 4m around that time to retain BAM. At worst they should have sacrificed BAM % and used money to pay Tax authority and stayed out of administration.... Given NH said production has been continuous, where was the money to make either one or the other. Answers needed.

Initial question
Before we get into the more detailed questions of where is the gold and who has been doing what to whom, I feel we should ask the administrators to give us a chronological time-line (can there be any other sort of time-line ???) for ANGM from the last production update on December 11th. This should then give us pointers where to go next and which further questions to ask.
